Do you support both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants?
Yes. We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, and we can also provide guidance for those who are new to the NDIS and unsure where to start.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Melbourne and support participants across the surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm.
How do I make an NDIS referral?
Referrals can be made directly through our online form, by phone, or by email. We accept referrals from participants, families, carers, and health professionals.
Can I meet the team before starting support?
Absolutely. We encourage participants and families to meet with us first. This helps build trust, ensures you feel comfortable, and gives you confidence in your choice of provider.
